Company Profile:

Sokxay Chaleun Khankhar Sole Co., Ltd was established in 2005 by Mr. Sokxay Somchayneuk. After 5 years of running the business, the Company has grown and expanded so significantly. In 2010, the Company has been developed to group business, called “Sokxay Group”.

Currently, we have run different types of business namely: lottery, consumer products, tires, mobiles and electronic equipment, concrete factory, real estate, fast food restaurant, minimart, construction and microfinance. To be aligned with the fast-growing pace of the business, we have recruited over 500 employees in 3 branches across Lao P.D.R, including: Vientiane Capital (head office), Luangprabang and Champasak province.

Business Career:

In 2005: Started the first business by setting up Sokxay Chaleun Kharnkha Company as a distributor of well-known goods: Maxxis & Unif
In 2007         Signed agreement with SC Johnson to be an official distributor in Laos and Mead Johnson
In 2009          Established second business unit as Lao Modern Lottery Distributor for 2, 3 and 4 Digits
In 2010          Chairman of Sokxay Group with a number of business units: Consumer Goods, Maxxis, Modern Lottery, and built new Concrete factory, namely Sokxay Chaleun Concrete
In 2012       Set up another two business units: Sokxay Chaleun Construction and Sokxay Communication & Electronics, a retailing & wholesaling renowned brands: Apple and Samsung
In 2013               Established Sokxay Real Estates and Hunghueng Chaleun Karnkha as official distributor for Colgate
In 2014               Set up one more business unit, called: Sokxay Microfinance Institute and signed an agreement to be an official distributor of Castrol and Mondelez
In 2016               Expanded Sokxay Group into retailing market by setting up Sokxay Minimart and entered into food & beverage business by buying fast food franchise from South Korean, called Lotteria and Sokxay Café Restaurant, serving Vietnamese & Western Food & premium coffee
